It's nice , but you shouldn't put so much blur

Also can we see some ingame pictures, just to see how it looks

It looks like you added 20x blur on it tone that down a little
and redo the shading and this head would
look amazing.

Mapping will be way off, and very blurry. Try using a path tool so you can use lines and make everything less blurry, and more detailed.

I agree with Weoo, the head isn't going to look well in-game since you didn't map it correctly. Try to use a template, this is the one I use for my head textures.
