If you are hunting people:
1. Go here
2. Find someone who is online in that list
3. Beat him in any match
4. You automatically get the TC

If you want to make a bounty on someone:
1. Go here
2. Fill in the information on the 2 - 3 spaces ( The bounty text is optional )
3. Press " Add " then see your victim get dominated. : )
