first put the time from 500 to 700
hold all
extend both ankles
contract both pecs
set hands to grab
space 6x
contract both knees
hit space and hit the ground with ur feet
extend neck
raise both sholders
hit space and hit enemies head to the ground
extend both hips, hit space and hit the ground with the feet
extend both knees
and lower both sholders...!!!
now hit space as mutch as u want
u can hear many bone cracs or what ever sounds and cool moves too


AND YOU GET UR HEAD OFF TOO
