u dont need to have the textures to make them and preview them...
you save them as .tga/targa and stick them in your custom folder in the toribash folder

and yeah, i gave up on them, wanted to make them properly, want to try stay away from brushes and effects now and actually draw them, unfortunatly my mouse work is crap and i couldnt get the flames right for this one...can draw them perfectly by hand with pen and pencil, but for the life of me i cant do it with a mouse
