Left Rotate Chest
Left Bend Lumbar
Extend Abs
Extend Left, and Right Glutes
Extend Right Hip
Contract Right Knee
Extend Right Ankle
Contract Left Hip
Contract Right Pecs
Contract Right Elbow
Extend Left Pecs
Raise Left Sholder
Contract Left Elbow
Switch Right Hand to Grab



If on Uke in Free Play, make sure mod is Judo, then in the second turn, Extend Left knee for the Split Kick part. Very effective move.

It's a common judo opener. Not sure if your instructions are correct because I see no way for that splitkick happening.

I tried it, and it's pretty much a kickass-move! I'd like to say: Thanks for sharing!

If they keep their body moderatly straight, you will split kick in the second turn if you extend your left leg.
