I will be posting moves in here for beginners or pros alike.
TITLE: THE HAND DESTROYER
LEVEL: EZ PZ
INSTRUCTIONS:
Press C to hold all.
Contract both pecs.
SPACE
Grab both hands
Lower both shoulders.
This will knock off both of Uke's hands and throw them behind your Tori.

Name: The Hammer Fists
Level: EZ PZ
Instructions:
Contract both pecs, raise both shoulders.
SPACE x2
Lower both shoulders, contract both hips.
This is an easy way to decap Uke with just three turns.

Name: Half Kick (kicks Uke in half)
Level: Easy
Instructions:
Okay so first, Hold All (Press C)
Contract your abs.
Contract your right pec.
Raise both your shoulders.
Grip both your hands.
SPACE x6
Extend abs.
Extend both hips.
Contract both knees.
SPACE x4
Contract both hips.
Extend both knees.
SPACE until you get 270 frames
Lower both shoulders.

Instructions:

Extend your abs.
Extend your pecs.
Extend your elbows.

Extend your hips and knees.
You may hold all to prevent yourself from falling, but this kick is a MONSTER.
By the way, start with a relaxed body! You will (not allowed since its a banned word) it up if you don't!

Instructions:
Hold all, extend glutes, lower shoulders and grab hands.
Lower both shoulders.
This tears off your own legs and now you have two weapons to destroy uke with! Good job.
