Public6 shorter dq timer?

Since yesterday it seems that I'm getting dq'd way too quick for moves that should be safe compared to the past few days, was the dq made shorter?

Dq timeout looks the same as in mod file (20 frames), mod wasn't changed since December 14th, 2013
