It would appear that Saku has won this auction. I've already sent the items, but am reviewing the policy on bid withdrawals.

edit: Confirming that Saku has won the auction.
BOOST cancelled a potentially winning bid of 54k, so I will be enforcing a 20% fee (10800 TC) as per:
B) If you withdraw a winning bid at the end of the auction you must pay the auctioneer 20% of that bid.
.....I) Furthermore, once you place a bid in an auction, it cannot be edited or cancelled under any circumstances.

I'm going to leave this thread open until all funds are settled if any MS want to chime in and correct me in the handling of this auction's conclusion.
