I personally think that is really good! And even more, if It is done digitally as personally, I find it easier to paint manually. Great job, and try to add some more details and smoothness a little bit.
By now, I would rate a 7.5/10 As I think you can still convert it to a lot better

it is a good start, but you are doing wrong with the tools used.

it is a better way to flatten than using a lot of colors with different opacities.
