This is a suggestion because i know people that loved bounty texts.
i would like you to bring this sexy thing back to the toribash world

It still exists, it's just fixed.

It's meant to dissapear after losing your first match, it was glitched before and didn't go away, which was pretty nice.

It should be left like before. Maybe change the name of it, such as "in-game usertitles". I enjoyed watching these, and wanted to get one myself. It shouldn't have much implications game-wise.

What I'm saying is, having in-game usertitles would be a good idea instead of having bounties that give you usertitles temporarily.

I used to have one and it stayed forever, I liked it when it did that
for sure supported, and maybe it could be something that you can buy yourself instead of somebody else

Not supported, people used to rage and put insults and you couldn't get rid of them.

So, I like how it is. The insults go away after you have been beaten.

How about reporting someone if he uses insults.

And let the gms take care of it. Thats how it always works.

How about just letting everybody set their own bounty? Make it exactly like forum titles.
This would let the staff sink more TC and open up a new way of showing off your wasted wealth.
