Hello everyone, or maybe it's better to say "hello cunts" hehe
I'd like to complain... although how can I complain here? I'd rather publicize this person's behavior.
For a long time I heard people say how incompetent admins are these days and I never understood why people responded that way.Relatively recently, I myself found myself in a difficult situation and changed my opinion about admins. But today, sir's behavior is going too far. Not only did he block someone for using the word "bro," which he considered a deliberate insult, he also continued to insult Fire and bring up Fire's parents.Don't get me wrong, I grew up in a country where such words are considered the height of disrespect and you can actually get killed for such words.Fire asked Sir to stop mentioning his parents, but Sir continued on and on. Is this really the "face" of a game that positions itself as friendly to all races and orientations, or is it selectively friendly? As you can imagine, I'm personally offended by such remarks about parents. I tried to defend Fire and asked Sir to stop such conversations, mentioning the country and values he lives in. He, more than anyone, should understand how vile it is to insult someone's parents. And what do you think our favorite developer did?
You guessed wrong, he kicked me from discord server with the words "You know what's even funnier?"

For those of you not aware of the full picture: Fire responded to Toffee on another thread, calling them "bro" in the usual way, using the word as slang—just like what you see under YouTube shorts, you know. Toffee got offended over this and reported Fire for misgendering them. Consequently, Fire got banned for TARGETED HARASSMENT AND TOXICITY. When Fire asked sir why Toffee didn't get banned for calling him cunt twice, he responded by saying that "cunt" is a gender neutral word.
Long story short. Fire got banned for calling someone BRO. Now I don't even know how is this in any way viewed as normal. Apparently anything can be turned into an insult if Toffee orders sir to ban someone for it. Ohh also Tyka got banned as well for making a staff complain about it!
Edit: I believe sir at least owes an apology for handling the situation this way. Everyone knows that Fire wasn't in the wrong in the slightest.

This looks like some pretty frivolous and subjective moderation for a company that utilizes real money transactions. It might be helpful for players to know what classes are going to receive deference from moderators before said players invest an inordinate amount of time or money into the game. Let alone dedicate time and energy into the social aspects of a game that desperately needs the exposure as of late. Shameful

The fact that Sir, an employee, is running his mouth talking to me the way he did is outrageous and does not reflect a good picture for the game. Calling my mother out just like that out of the blue (3 times) is utterly disrespectful. I approached him respectfully to ask about my ban, and his first response was "Idk doesn't seem like Toffee was your brother. Probably worth checking with your mom on that"
