Ok, overall your movement is great at some points, then you lose the flare. In the tricking replay you were doing great up until the pose, the way you did the pose was very awkward. The tricks themselves were great. As for the parkour, you were doing great up until you tried to use your hands and you started moving your body rapidly in different directions. The spar was pretty nice, had some errors in movement here and there but overall good job, keep it up...
