Toribash
I'm not a 3D modeler, at least a good one, so I'm not sure what ideas here won't work because polycount, complexity, limitations, so take whatever you can from these ideas!

#IDEA 1: Toribash Collectibles
Introduce 3D Toribash Objects—creatures, gear, weapons—designed for collection and trade. Each item has varying rarity and price, from dirt cheap to ultra-rare. Tie them to lore and timed events. Commons hook players; rares create demand. Show off, trade, and build a thriving collector economy.

#IDEA 2: Toribash Titans / Giants
Massive 3D models designed to loom over matches or maps—adding scale, atmosphere, and presence. Inspired by Shadow of the Colossus, these towering figures enhance the cinematic feel of gameplay and replays.

#IDEA 3: 3D Environments Tailored For Popular Mod Dimensions.
Decorative 3D environment packs tailored to the dimensions of staple mods like boxshu, aikido, ABD and lenshu. Adds visual flair to familiar gameplay—think ruined temples, dojo floors with custom textures, vines, or debris. Designed to enhance replay appeal.

#IDEA 4: More Aerial-Based 3D Items
There aren’t many objects meant to float above a match, which feels like a missed opportunity.
Stuff like planets, aircrafts, meteors—or even funnier options like a giant foot or hand reaching down—could add some cool vertical variety.

#IDEA 5: Faction-Based Items
People love feeling like they’re part of a team or a bigger story.
Faction items—like banners, armbands, or themed gear—could be tied to events or lore. It’s a fun way for players to rep who they side with, and it gives matches more identity without changing gameplay.

#IDEA 6: Lore + Item Tie-Ins
I’ve always believed Toribash could use more consistent lore. Me, Melrose and Erth (maybe more?) were involved in mapping that out. It's hard to set canon lore for toribash because how inconsistent it'd be, so the loophole was to create non-canon stories unrelated to Toribash. I tried this a while back with stuff like The Collector, The Traveler, The Protector, and it worked—mainly because it gave the items and events more purpose. We held it together with consistency and it proved that mixing story, events, and unique objects can really connect with the community. I'd love to do it againt but its hard to find time for free volunteer work. It's Worth bringing back in a focused way.
