I do feel you have to change your game design. I've tried 3-4 times and have ended up in jail every time. I understand there's an 11.5% change for the heist I'm clicking on, but from the perspective of a new user (which, in this case, is me), they likely wouldn't return or be super curious to stick around time and time again for what the heist actually is.

Its a hard balancing act.

To have the user keep playing you need some sort of carrot that takes time to obtain, in this case boss battle and assassinations, and the ability to kill other players and take their stuff, the bank heist has a 50000$ reward so if I don't punish harder than pocket theft nobody is going to do the pocket thefts. The old Omerta/Nordicmafia games were super punishing like this, but I understand that the games of the early 2000s is not very tempting for a modern 2025 audience.

The chance and jail sentence are balanced from the rewards. Perhaps the harder crimes should be hidden from new players and unlocked after the player ranks up, and add other activities the user can do while jailed, like prison smuggling or beat up other inmates or stuff like that. Thanks for the input. I can maybe make a Robbery page and move bankrobbery over to that page where you can input guns, cars and ammo and do bigger heists for better rewards, with higher stakes.

Updated it now, reworked everything pretty much, its probably very buggy, but now I feel like its more fun to play.
