contract left pecs
extend right pecs
make right hand grabby
space x5
extend right elbow
space
go to uke and hit c
go back to red guy
extend left pecs
contract right pecs
extend left elbow
extend left hip
extend right glute
left rotating chest
extend both ankles
extend right hip
right bending lumber
extend abs
lowring right shoulder
that is all i have so can sombody help me please?
