Yes you are awesome! Anyway, i was lookin for an online starter if thats considered a move. A starter for classic.

extend both glutes
contract left hip
extend right hip
contract left knee
extend left ankle
extend abs
left bending lumbar
left rotating chest
contract right pes
extend left pecs
contract right elbo
contract neck
extend right wrist
grabby right hand
and then you have a good chance of grabing their head or arm and kicking them below the abs
