Don't get too mad over things, if you want to get the answer, put some effort into explaining what you want...

Also, you really don't need to know whether it's hosted by RuBash, Nabi Studios or anything else, I see it as a post count sort of thing. Anyways...

If you wanted to know what to do to get the achievement, you should have put an effort into that as well before posting? Like clicking the icon is the only thing that comes to my mind, really?

To get the achievement, you have to win the game by staying alive and not being eliminated from it on one of the sides - either a civilian, mafia, etc etc.

Click one - here you go, not so hard to understand, is it?
Win the game whilst bein on Mafia's side. Same goes to others but an icon is changed and the text as well.
