Twas stiff and symmetrical.. But, for a stiff replay, this wasn't actually that bad. 5/10.
Try not to be symmetrical, try default settings and try to relax all every once in a while, don't be stiff. And all of your body parts are usable, you don't have to just stand there and work with your hands - try using both kicks and punches.
Oh and, don't do dismembers using the grab-punch thing.. In other words, if you're gonna hit uke, just hit him, don't grab-ungrab.. Only if there's no other way around it.
