That is called a scam, and you can report this person for this scam here.
You'll need to provide proof of the scam taking place, screenshots of pms, whispers, gameplay, and evidence would be recommended.
If you're not alt then welcome to toribash. You would have noticed by now how warm and approachable the toribash community is - Toribash in my opinion is unique for this and a lot of other things like gameplay. I recommend for beginners browse the forums and get to grips with it so you settle in well. Get to know some active members and you'll make friends. Do take a look through the 'Replays' board as they contain many impressive replays made by even more impressive players to aspire to. There's no reason why you won't be able to maybe do all the cool things you see in great replays.
