Ingame TC Tranfer
Ingame TC transfer would be useful in betting servers. Its just too boring/slow to go to forums and sent tc.
Command would be /tcsend <amount> <user>
Something is better than nothing.

Just make a server. Set decap prize to the amount u want to give him. Put a mod where decap is easy to get. And let him/her get decap. Or u can just do it the mainstream way.
