Hmm you can try this, it helps me, if you have a wireless router and a modem then you can do it.
1) First unplug your modem and leave it there for 30 seconds.
2) Now plug the modem back in and unplug the wireless router for 30 seconds.
3) Now plug in the wireless router and try the connection again.

I have this problem too. It´s start when I try create room. When i closed lobby and try to connect some room it was writing NOT CONNECTED.
I disabled Firewall...but still not working
If can someone help, write pls

So, I enabled my firewall and tried to ping this servers:
All servers were pinged successfully.
This problem isn't firewall's problem..
