Okay, this is a cool move, removes an entire arm, but it involves choice. You have to choose which arm of yours you want to raise, and which to lower.

Hit C
Contract both pecs
Raise one arm, lower other
Grabby raised hand
Space x3
Scissor (raise low arm, lower raised arm)
Space x3
Re-lower arm that was just raised
Hit P or do what you want!


I recommend tossing the arm into the head.
