In my opinion, the original settings are the best.

Can anyone tell me what that mod where one starts with a sword up on top of a skateramp looking thingy and the other starts with two knifes down a pair of stairs?

A variation of castletop_aikido.tbm and ds_lavafall.tbm are my favorites. Can't say much about the best though, probably the default sambo settings.
