Limechat < Touch IRC its a little pricey but its the best irc app out there

Touchgrind, HeliCopter, The facebook and Myspace Apps, Anaconda, Tap tap Revolution, and AIM are good ones you buy (I think.. =/)

My favorite free one is Falling Balls, it's so entertaining. xD

I am sure you have heard about it before, but it is 10 times better on the touch.

I enjoy koi pond. It's relaxing and ofc interactive

"falling balls" is entertaining
"FireTail" is fun when you finally understand how to play it.
"FS5 Hockey" Is the best air hockey app out there, and it's 2 player. (And free)
"Cube runner"
"Beer pong"
And of course, "Tap Tap Revenge".
