I comment your part on the replays "parkoured" :
- Your first run need more attention on the body position. Your body starts horizontally, allowing you to pick up speed, but you still have trouble creating a run. You put your body vertically gradually in each steps, you lose speed and balance.
- Your landing after the red bar make you lose a lot of speed because you land with extended knees. Contracting/relaxing them allow you to bump and jump again without losing speed.
- All the rest is a bit rusty but you keep a good balance.
Overall, it is a good replay , keep your training ;)
