one of my commonly used moves, it competes with yourfaces idea of him using most joints.
Contract: neck, left pecs, right elbow, left elbow, right hip, right knee, right ankle.
Extend: left elbow, left wrist, right wrist, right pecs, abs, left glute, right glute, left hip, left knee, left ankle.
Right rotate chest
Right bend lumbar
Relax left and right shoulders.

I usually start the move off, when im still clicking joints, as hold all. So im technically clicking all the joints at least once.
