There's a kinda easy kinda not fix I used a while back. Probably won't work, but worth a try.
Right click the replay in forums, and attempt to save the link as the name of the file doc.
You must check the bottom of how it's being saved. You'll want to change it to "all files" then write .rpl at the end of the replay name.

This will hopefully fix your issues.

Did you try to install ''Download manager'' or some of it's types? It would be helpful.

I'm pretty sure none of these work, for me at least.
