The point of this is is to allow you to easily make animations yourself, if you know some blender.

Can I use in 3ds max?

This is a blender rig. There's a C4D rig. Maybe someone should make a Max rig.

But I highly doubt max can open .blend files.

What does that link have to do with anything?

How do i move my tori (i know i have to drag, but then it draws some stupid lines) I never used blender so yeah...
