TO LOAD WORLDBUILDER TYPE /LS WORLDBUILDER.LUA

the worldbuilder, is just disponible at the version 3.0? because I play the version 3.5, at toribash/data/scripts, the worldbuilder.lua is there, but at the game at: Menu/Setup/Scrips the option of the worldbuilder are not there! why? if tou know why, please answer me.
