Hi, i just wanted to say great job on explaining everything i was able to understand the post very well and used it to have some fun on a prexsisting mod, i have a quetion though.

Are you able to play online with the mods that are created or edited using this tool? and if there is please let me know.

Were do you type in /ls worldbuilder.lua or whatever it is?

In the chatbox. Same place as you talk with other people.

press T then type it, or just type it because the slash can open the chatbox

What exactly do you mean by notepad?

Toribash-3.41\data\mod\punchbag.tbm??

You open it with Notepad.
Right click the file -> Open With... -> Notepad
