Malek looks at the pit, and says to no one in particular: "...no."

Looking around for a more contrived exit, Malek stands up and "accidentally" stumbles into the "northern" edge of the platform, taking a blind step onto the floor carelessly protuding on his side of the hole in the wall. (Northwest corner of pit platform.)

Malek decides to follow the floor as far as he can northward.

Marcus finds him self near the cave entrance xD (sorry bout that, I've been feeling unwell so this update has been a long time coming)

he starts walking towards it, he remembers that he's supposed to beat some guy in here as a test. He enters to see a small battle of the buels.


Jositai smashes a buel out instantly which then flies into the lava flow, then gains some thunder magic from the other two near by.

Now he's now got 4 bules around him, luckily a rhaken charges in to save the day, Jositai is happy to see him, and watches as two more bules bite the dust.

Malek notices a platform with a different pit, also the walls on the other side look rather shaky at the bottom, he thinks he could break them with a good shot.

Malek decides: "Hrmm. This is perfectly safe."

Malek then takes precisely 4 steps forwards, off the platform that he's on.

Malek steps onto a switch and a new platform rises

Incidentally the wall facing onto the lava pit is low enough for you to see it, your on a platform, but after that the walls are high again, like a cave within a cave.

*Rabbit trys sneaking around the ongoing fight infront of him moving to the left towards the pit* (to the left)

Suddenly marcus has a pit to his left (check the map, you didn't used to >.>)
marcus falls down the pit and emerges here:

marcus hears the loud roar.

Rhaken shouts a long stream of verbal abuse at the buels, not really giving a rat's ass if they can understand him or not. Of course, being a multitasker by nature, he's cleaving at them with his axe all the while, always trying to keep the buels away from his friend.

Malek decides that the most obvious solutions involve opening the box or venturing into the shadows. Malek blows the box to pieces, and walks through the hole it is obviously hiding.

Failing that hole part, Malek walks into a blank wall. Ow.
