Well lets see... official costs 20k and if you do 20 clan wars for 1k each... Im PRETTY sure thats how you can easily get TC for your clan.

Official costs 40k. But it's not that simple, you have to be active among other things.

And no, it doesn't. Clan wars are irrelevant towards getting official.
