Singleplayer/Multiplayer Replay Subforum Rules:

Below are some specific rules, but general forum rules apply here too!

1. Please post multiplayer replays in the Multiplayer section. Spars should be posted in the main section of the replay board, however.

2. If the mod you've made the replay in isn't in the default mod folder of the latest version of the game, please add the .tbm file along with it's respective replay.

3. Do not post your own original replays in another player's thread without visible permission from them. Edits of the OP's replays are permitted unless the OP specifically states otherwise. Also, you may not advertise your own or anyone else's thread in someone else's thread.

4. Do not make more than a maximum of two replay threads within a week, as too many threads from the same user clutter the forum and count as spam.

5. Do not bump other people's threads that are over 2 months old without a valid reason.

6. This isn't the video forum, if you made a video with replays you can post that here!

7. Replay stealing is against the rules. If caught plagiarizing the work of others, your replay thread may be closed and proper infractions will be handed out accordingly. Including a part of someone else's replay in your own (such as editing their opener) should be accompanied with the name of the original author.

8. You may bump your threads once every 24 hours after the last post. Any information may be included in these bumps, but you may not make a separate post in addition to your daily bump. Alt bumping and delete bumping (deleting a post and then posting again to have a more recent post) are not allowed in any form. This applies to creating new threads serving the same purpose after closing last one as well.

9. The original poster of a thread is able to dictate the quality of responses they would like to receive. By default, any discussion or comment relating to replays is allowed. However, in the interest of preventing spam, the OP's request for more specific comments or on-topic discussion is protected under the rules. This includes asking individual users to stop making useless posts.

Feel free to ask any questions about the rules within this thread.

New rule added about bumping threads.

This is because we've had a problem recently with people illegally bumping their threads with stuff like 'thanks' and not realising that it's against any rules because we forgot to add it.
Rule 3 changed.

This rule has been updated mainly because the old rule did not allow for replies on competitive multiplayer replays at all. It is impossible to give 'critique' on these replays, so the threads just get posted and die, alienating a large portion of players from this board. Now, instead of having to give constructive criticism on a replay every time you want to post, it is okay to say what you liked about it, as long as you specify what it is.

I have also added a long awaited missing apostrophe.

Hello update, as Erth said, spars now get posted in this board and not the Multiplayer board. Despite the new rules on useless posts, moderation will be more or less the same, as the lmods had already decided to be very lenient before anyway.
oh yeah
"1. Please post multiplayer replays in the Multiplayer section. Spars should be posted in the main section of the replay board, however."

Does this mean multiplayer spars are allowed/should be posted in the "Replays" section?

"Yes, that is correct." - nobody
