Just a simple subform named 'Dueling' where people could talk about duels, setting up duels, etc
right now the only way to find duels is to go ingame and hope there's a duel server up, or annoy people in servers by asking them

doubt it will happen now since dueling is kinda dead, then again most things in tb are
