this shows up every time i try to log in. i know my username is correct and ive tried resetting my password but i still cant get into my account. any suggestions?

what if im offline, trying to start a single player game? i have toribash saved to my flash drive, so maybe i dont need an internet connection? or if it is an internet connection problem, how do i change the firewall settings? i cant find it in the internet options.
