Looks pretty sick but yeah as Gorman said, probably reduce the amount of brush spam done. Although to an unknowing eye of pic editing software it might look godly. :P

Hkp, look at tutorials of what you want to know. Then practice it..
I did that with drawing the eye, and i'm pretty good at it.
