was it offical or private room? in a private u could just incrase the "maxcontacts" in the gamerules, which will fix it.
in an offical room, just try not to have so much points where u touch each other. dunno if they changed it there actually.
if u want to fix the replay, i could if u want. with replay hacking should this be possible i think.

This is a pretty common bug.
It's caused by an excess of collisions/grabbing, causing the DQ malfunction.
As stated in the above post, the issue can be resolved if the "maxcontacts" can be changed to 16.
