Realistically speaking there won't be a 64 bit of Toribash classic released. Converting C++ programs from 32 Bit to 64 Bit will be very time consuming and it'll be much easier to just make sure Toribash Next is released in 64 Bit.
Toribash Next being 64 bit will be relatively easy as well since it uses the Unity engine.
