Serious discussion
After watching several attempts of implementing culture in our totally not humble clan, by Math, I had the idea of this thread, which has a pretty much self-explanatory title.
I will start by posting his own idea of discussion as said before in the offtopic chat:

I just won't say anything about Cuba because it's not efficient to give opinions/analysis on what I don't really know. :v
