what you think about ask to the market squad if it's possible to change the infraction system, because they infract before any explain.
example(and I know I'm not alone):
in request thread, I post some pics of my tori and I asked if someone can redraw some tribal things, a gm infract me because: A) Do not use other peoples art work to demonstrate what you want, this encourages plagiarism. but No! this is My tori. if he asked: "this is your tori?" Ill say "Yes" he: "you can prove it?" and I post some pics with my name and that's all. Yes am I angry because if I take another infract but for something true, am I banned... that is not cool, so I ask to the Squad, can you please ask before infract, this is the second time for me and this is boring, or explain to me, I can understand I'm not stupid.

It depends upon the case.
Example;
If we see something in the reported post section, we take into mind that the user has already done a little research before reporting the post. (I do anyway)

We set an infraction upon you, and we have the ability to reverse it. You have the ability to send us a PM appealing the infraction if necessary. However, if it results in a ban infraction, feel free to appeal it for the exact same reason.

I can see your reasoning, and it can very well be done. However, most likely the Squad member would check your activated if he found the thread himself without it being reported.

That is why ban appeals were created to REASON OUT
The ban could either get reversed or... the days of the ban would be lessened...

people are reporting for nothing now, I know it's difficult for you and before posting this thread, I was thinking you can't reserve infract so, this is good, but I still thinking we can find another solution with out conflict.

Idk Kras because some people have to be banned(definitely or not) and market squad have to get a means of pressure
or maybe make diferent infract point like, red and blue point, because for now 2 point is the common infract, but we got different case why someone infract for useless post like too much comment in art/texture thread get same points than someone who insult the author(this is the only example I got ^^u)
2 blue point= 1 red point
1 blue point by infract
3 red point= ban for few times
in extreme case-> direct ban for like: posting porn site etc... etc... everything who attack principle of the community.

You can appeal all unwarranted or mistaken infractions
and bans.

Your suggested infraction point system seams kinda
redundant.
Staff members can give you warnings if it is your first
time breaking a rule, if the rule is small, and most do.
They give you infractions/bans if you continue it, or
do a more heinous "crime".
If they are unjust, like every one already said, you can
just appeal.

mayhaps when u post the examples u could clearly explain that u own the art involved.

if u show some concern/respect for ppls(& your own) intellectual property, others will hopefully @least consider it..
