Anytime after 21:00 would probably work on saturday. Otherwise it would need to be as early as 12:00 or 13:00. My gmt is also -5.

If saturday is no good, than I'm not sure about sunday yet.

On any weekday it would need to be about 23:00-23:30 and later.
