All my items and all my tc and Qi are gone!!! T.T and now I have to earn and buy all of them back. =(

My account doesn't work, meaning I lost all of my TC, items, QI and my belt tile...

Can anything be done about this, to get any of it back? I just want my items, or the TC equivalent...

its a shame man. really. some of my friends already lost hope and quit playing the game already. ill just keep myself updated and hope this thing is fixed and i get my account back
