The first guy's english is rather good but just listen to Günther Öttinger..

Extra information: Earlier he gave an interview about how great the English language is. "Everyone must be able to speak it, no matter if at work, at home, etc."

Yes, i've seen this on german TV. No one in german government seems to be able to pronounce english words. It's a shame, actually. -.-
