what program did you use to make that and how did you make it shiny (the head and the body)

I used gimp, and its shiny because i have shaders on my computer.

shaders? and ok could you make me one like this head? in exchange for the market logo?

Shaders can be enabled if you have a video card with shader model 3.0 or better, and no i'd rather not :/ right now im working on making a set for this head, and im not much of a texture maker.
