Major improvements
So we all know that Toribash is an extremely eye catching game and many, and I many many people have tried playing it, but only few stick around. Why is that you ask? Well the painful truth would be that Toribash is not a beginner-friendly game, I mean this in a way where the game is very complicated and hard to learn, it's time consuming and consists of a lot of losing fights and dissappointment. This however has no easy fix, but I do believe that there can be many other changes that will possibly help keep the attention of the player and keep them hopeful. I will discuss my suggestions below, each having its own paragraph.

I'm not sure if this is already implemented recently but items in the torishop should not be able to go "sold out". At certain times I've seen orc, chronos and gladiator items all sold out, beginners are the only people who can afford this items with their TC and will most likely love to try wearing items on their tori ingame. The only people who benefit from the "sold out" function are the rich people who buy all of them and sell it on the market for more profit, this is a simple exploit of the market and it also disappoints new players that they now have to pay more tc for a simple item. To sum this up, remove "sold out" function in torishop to let anyone buy at normal price, this will stop people buying huge bundles of the item to sell on the market because they will be unable to set "their own" price for it and thus lose profit and not benefit from the exploit.

Since TC is difficult to acquire for beginners, I think some item sets should be made free or account bound. These could be unlocked via Qi upon reaching a certain belt. For example, Player reaches green belt and unlocks use of all(or some) orc items to experiment and try out and essentially have fun with. This could be done for only certain low level belts for players to feel achievement. Getting items is a big part of wanting to play more and if they can't get even a few items, new players are likely to quit. This function will allow room for some of their personality to show through their tori which they have most likely been waiting for ages to happen.

Torishop use and inventory management ingame, to this day, I have no idea why this was never implemented. Theres a torishop ingame but it's outdated and requires players to visit the website to buy items and try figure out how to put them on. This is if not the biggest issue with this game in my opinion. People don't want to visit a website to be able to do something on game, it takes time and knowledge of how everything is done. There should be a user(beginner)-friendly method ingame where players can buy items off of the torishop and the market. They should be able to sell on the market and manage their inventory whilst ingame. (How many times have you heard people asking how to activate an item, personally I hear it all the time). So to conclude this, it's a function to access and use the torishop, market and personal inventory whilst ingame and not having to access a confusing website (it's confusing for new players and majority of people aren't used to using forums). While you're at it, maybe implement the ability to get, read and send Personal Messages while ingame.

Whilst the tutorial is good in it's own way, I think it's missing an extra session or an improvement. From copying moves from a tutorial to fighting uke, thats a huge jump. I think some openers should be discussed in the tutorial and or guide the player during his uke fight, for example "Uke is going to kick you, so to defend against this you should try lean into him to prevent any major damage." This while helpful also allows the player their own freedom but under a guided path.

Under the shop section, there is a buy toricredits function, I thought this was really a good step for toribash to make money from players, but then I saw the prices... In the market, players can get TC for an average rate at 1$ for 10000TC, but in the toribash shop its 1$ for 1000TC, clearly no one is going to the torishop and toribash is missing out on a big chance to make money to better the game. Their best deal is $99.95 for 250000TC, whereas for the same price you can get a million TC in the market. However since people are cautious from buying off of the market, they would be considering a better more secure option, however toribash lacks that option at the moment. Toribash should sell Tc for a rate similiar to the market but at around 1$ for 7000 or 8000TC. This is sure to bring in some spending money for the company as more people would consider buying from here than in the market without getting completely ripped off with the current prices, and would go along with toribash's prices of Qi and Tp and Vip etc.

This is a mere suggestion that may or may not work out. I think accounts should have an interesting feature to celebrate reaching a new belt. Thus after reaching each belt, the players account gets a booster enabled for an hour or 30 minutes. This could be brought in at green belt and onwards, as a way for players to earn some TC and feel appreciated for their hard work of reaching a new belt.

As you can see, I've put a lot of thought into this for a while now and I thought I'd share it here and see where it goes. I might add more to this thread in the future.
Well thats a huge suggestions and well written
now lets start with
1.Well thats a good idea and should be implemented
but without sold out it might get spammed
or well be spammed
maybe add something like 1 item per day for 1 account or ip maybe this way there would be chance for someone to buy
Or use belt resection and put w items
white to green belt can buy the first orc item but cant buy the second one because its not for beginners
this should be implemented for only cheap items like orc or glad
nice idea
2.if they put this people would just use alt accounts to get free items
But Iv got an idea
maybe these items should not be tradable
ex when I get an item with belt
it should not be tradable
3.i am totaly with this
nothing to say
4.its hard to make some good fighting uke and tut
We should recruit people to teach people
Like a room full of teachers that teach new members
5.nothing to say with this!
6.could be sppamed also
your suggestions is maybe the best in years
-----
I am all with this but there is something that has some errors
just like the last suggsution
but all with this

I agree, it would be so much cooler for newbies to have their own "wardrobe" to introduce them to the new items and how to equip them.
This needs all of those items to disappear as regular market items though, only to exist in this wardrobe, and as we have seen earlier people tend to get pissy when their item loses its value. They might just have to deal with it, idk.

I'd like to go more into depth with this, I think "fight uke" is worthless, because we're not 'teaching' the beginners anything. They're not gonna learn anything from getting shoveled out of the ring, they are gonna learn from being shown how to counter being shoveled out of the ring.
I think the tutorial has to focus a lot more on teaching moves and openers. Showing a basic throw, suplex, kick and shovel, and how to counter them, mainly in aikido, but also in the other popular mods. (Or at least introduce them, which the current tutorial fails to do at all).
It's also possible to make lenshu the 'standard' mod and let the beginners take on that before more complicated mods like wushu and aikido. Aikido is a lot more complicated than people tend to think it is, and I do think lenshu would be more beginner-friendly.

It could work with black belts and above, but it's a bit unstable still.
This also means that you would have to stay up for another hour to actually claim your reward, which is a bit too borderline farming to be considered a reward.
Better to just have new unlocks and "wardrobe-accessories" when you reach a new belt, as your other idea stated.

In the end, nothing new under the sun, but very well written nonetheless.

Brendan (he who passeth judgement on the frequent changing of signatures): I don't do hentai anymore
ill just support / unsupport this way

1st paragraph- nice idea ~Supported

2nd paragraph- would cause alot of Qi farming and transfering the earned items to the alts. an idea would be to make them untradeable. ~Half supported

3rd paragraph- i like this idea as well as the last part you listed about the Pms. also in the torishop they should add ALL off the colors such as old gold and Magma. same goes with hair styles (already suggested recently by somebody)

4th paragrapgh- Nice idea. should also teach them more about rotation and jumping and realism (although would be hard to teach realism to a begginer) ~Supported

5th paragraph- Somebody has already mentioned this before, If nabi were to raise the rate of Tc/Usd then the markets would increase as well. If this were to keep on happening then there would be a large act of inflation throughout toribash. ~Not supported

6th paragraph- Interesting idea but i think once you get blackbelt it should start this process. It could be a 100tc booster for a hour every time you get a new dan until up to 10th. Clearly it is harder to get from 10th dan to master belt tham is is to get to black belt to 2nd dan. so when you get up to the master belt section, it should be a 1000tc booster for 1 hour because master belt is harder to achive. then once you get to custom it raises to a 1500tc booster ( they would have to invent one) for 1 hour. This function should not be availible to thoose who buy Qi.

Okay so most of your suggestions have been brought up and answered plenty of times in the past. I'll just give you the answers I remember.

Unlimited Torishop Items

Since items do get sold out Toribash has what people refer to as a Free Market. I'm guessing its because the players have a pretty big say in what the prices for a lot of the items are. You can also make a fortune on the free market by buying and selling items, which is what a lot of players do to make tc. Making the Torishop carry an unlimited amount of each item would practically destroy the free market and discourage players who thrive on the market from sticking around.

Basically, destroying an effective way to gain tc will not sit well with the community.

Account Locked Items

This suggestion was mentioned before but it never really took off and I'm not sure why. The only thing I can think of is that it would pretty much render the Account Locked Item to be useless in the market. Why would anyone by an orc force if everyone gets a free one at a certain belt?

Inventory Management In-game

This one has been brought up a few times as well. The only reason its not being implemented is because the devs want people to visit the forum. I don't know exactly what benefit they receive from that though. Maybe page views? Ad-revenue?

Better Tutorial

I think it was Dargon who gave me an answer to this one a while ago. He/she/it basically said that the community should come up with a better tutorial and the devs will consider coding it in. So its pretty much up to the community, and no one so far has taken up the task.

Buying Toricredits

I read sometime ago that there's a limit to how much tc can exist within Toribash and that we're slowly but surely beginning to approach that limit. The prices SHOULD change to closer reflect the current exchange rate but by doing so you risk introducing more and more tc into the economy. I think this is the main reason why prices haven't changed.
"Fear not the Tori who has practiced 10,000 openers once, but fear the Tori who has practiced one opener 10,000 times."
