So I downloaded Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 and after that my computer's audio and video suddenly lags and slows down for a while then after that continues normally

Once I found that out I uninstalled it (shame for me ) And it still happens.. any one knows how to solve this?

(I dont know where to look for the specs of the computer but I do know that it's Windows XP)

Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00 Ghz
OS:Windows XP (Service Pack 3)
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce G100

IF Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 was the reason for the lags,you might have missed some of its components...
I think TuneUp can delete the remaining files or help you to identify the main problem for the lags.

TuneUp is legal and free(for 30 days)as far as I know.

Maybe you need to defragment HDD?

No, it happened anywhere in the computer , downloaded from Megaupload

It's probably filling up your temporary (for a lack of a better word, unless that's the actual term, hell if I remember) memory, meaning that you could buy more RAM, if not, try a defragger like the ones posted above.

If not, it may be a virus you got. But I sure hope it's legal.

Defrag takes a good while, just let it work overnight or something.

Dunno about low RAM. It wouldn't do that if you restart.

definatly defrag, and find a program that clears temp files.. ccleaner and temp cleaner come to mind.
