I'm most certainly not the person to talk to about C++, and I can help at least as much as Yoyo with ruby. I can help with Haskell and PHP, as well as quite a few scripting languages. I can do a bit with Java.
I'll think about adding languages to peoples' names, but I'm not going to do it right now.

C++ is more of a general language that all of us know.

If you are interested in picking up the basics of C++ try using the tutorials on thenewboston.com it's a great place to start and at the very least will show where to get the right software and set-up a compiler.

The compiler I suggest is Dev Cpp
