Hello, I have recently started to sell some TC and I was wondering if I could avoid some fees.

I heard that if u have a "Personal" acc you don't have to pay any fee when you receive money. is that right?

If not, then what is the best metod t avoid (most of the) fees when RECEIVING money?

Paypal always charges at some point, possibly for the initial sending/recieving (the sender chooses who pays it) or when you try to send the money to the bank. Usually it's both.

You should be reading the Paypal site's info on the subject as it's different for each country.
