Former Staff – Help Squad / Tori Agent
I used to be part of the team, initially with Help Squad and later as a Tori Agent.
Help Squad was definitely simpler—mostly focused on managing support threads and Discord. When things transitioned to Tori Agent, the role became a lot more involved. Handling in-game reports, support threads, Discord, and other tasks made it more complex overall.
The knowledge required didn’t change too much, but the responsibilities definitely expanded. I was only part of the group for just under a year, but I genuinely enjoyed it. Still kind of regret stepping away, but adult life had other plans.
Hello, I've been staff for little under a year now mainly as an Event Squad member but I have also become an Item Forger, what was it like for you as a Help Squad member during your time, and how was the game like through your point of view? I don't know much about since disbanded staff groups but from the current list of staff past/present there seems to have been a lot going on for the game at different time periods, it would be fun to know how it was like for you and what got you to the roles that you ended up being!
Being on the Help Squad was honestly a really fun and chill experience. I loved being able to jump in and point people in the right direction, especially when they needed support. it always felt good to know I was helping. I was usually in-game offering assistance, but I also kept an eye on the forums and jumped in to answer questions there too. Obviously. Lol
At the time, the game was surprisingly packed with new players ( i was still fairly new, maybe 1 1/2 in), though the game had already been around for a while. (Not throwing hate for how old it is, it has a special place in my heart) anyways at the time there was a steady flow of fresh faces. So it made helping out feel effortless, and there was always something to do.
Thank you for your feedback @Suka, @Szaszuniya and @Goat

I remember that some time ago, each of you was a market squad member for a while.
Could you guys write a bit about this role, as I think it's a bit overlooked?
