Staff position ranking (ex/present staff welcome)
To all people who had/have at least two Staff roles (the more the better).
Tell us briefly which one seemed simpler and less demanding in terms of time, and which one seemed more difficult and required more knowledge and effort.
You can also list the pros and cons of each.

If you've only had/have one staff role, you can also share your thoughts about it.

Former Staff – Help Squad / Tori Agent

I used to be part of the team, initially with Help Squad and later as a Tori Agent.
Help Squad was definitely simpler—mostly focused on managing support threads and Discord. When things transitioned to Tori Agent, the role became a lot more involved. Handling in-game reports, support threads, Discord, and other tasks made it more complex overall.

The knowledge required didn’t change too much, but the responsibilities definitely expanded. I was only part of the group for just under a year, but I genuinely enjoyed it. Still kind of regret stepping away, but adult life had other plans.

Hello, I've been staff for little under a year now mainly as an Event Squad member but I have also become an Item Forger, what was it like for you as a Help Squad member during your time, and how was the game like through your point of view? I don't know much about since disbanded staff groups but from the current list of staff past/present there seems to have been a lot going on for the game at different time periods, it would be fun to know how it was like for you and what got you to the roles that you ended up being!

Being on the Help Squad was honestly a really fun and chill experience. I loved being able to jump in and point people in the right direction, especially when they needed support. it always felt good to know I was helping. I was usually in-game offering assistance, but I also kept an eye on the forums and jumped in to answer questions there too. Obviously. Lol
At the time, the game was surprisingly packed with new players ( i was still fairly new, maybe 1 1/2 in), though the game had already been around for a while. (Not throwing hate for how old it is, it has a special place in my heart) anyways at the time there was a steady flow of fresh faces. So it made helping out feel effortless, and there was always something to do.

That sounds really cool, maybe I might've wanted to be a Help Squad if I was around then, seeing as I basically try to do a lot of what you may describe in terms of helping new players and overall providing an informative experience for players all around if it's applicable for me, thanks for sharing :>!!!!

Okay so I was only good at one thing in staff, and that was item making.

Things are likely very different from when I was staff but different roles take different skills and amount of time spent. I worked with ES for a long time and I think that's a pretty involved job. Help Squad (now TA) was very fun and required a lower level of experience but had a nice curve to the knowledge needed. I was okay at troubleshooting problems when I worked HS.

Honestly, staff is pretty enjoyable if you have some free time.
Thank you for your feedback @Suka, @Szaszuniya and @Goat

I remember that some time ago, each of you was a market squad member for a while.
Could you guys write a bit about this role, as I think it's a bit overlooked?

Most to least demanding:
Community Manager
ES lead
GM
Old smod
Clan lead
General admin
Uniteam
Clan mod
New smod
Clan council

Market squad sucks and it's for nerds
She/They

Yeah, I only don't like erthtkv2 because of the mod's name. Make it "tkv2," and the mod will instantly become more popular. This is a valid reason as the name of the mod is still an important feature that no one seems to have yet discussed.

having been gm, es, ms, ta, hs, smod, ninja, super admin, ta lead, es lead, suo, and a Guild Leader it's all easy and every staff should be fired besides swosh so he can do all the work at once.
