There are several pockets of players that are genuinely hateful and all have comradery with each other. You've identified a couple of them in this thread.
They also happen to be the people spending the most on the game (both time and money).
Toribash is unfortunately sort of built on bigots in this way. I don't think there's much to do about it aside from the inconveniencing that comes from bans and the laughing and shaming the rest of us take part in at their expense.
